- The framework: knowledge, observed practice, QC handling, troubleshooting

02 Designing the assessment
- Writing observable, assessable criteria per device
- Direct observation, questioning and simulation: when each works

03 Train the trainer
- Choosing local trainers who will still be there next year
- Teaching adults who are busy, sceptical and senior to you
- Quality assuring the cascade so standards do not dilute
04 Records and reassessment
- The record set: what to keep, for how long, and where

Is this really POCT specific?
Entirely. Every template, example and scenario is point of care: multi-site device estates, ward turnover, agency staff, lockouts and committees.
Does this count as CPD?
The course represents 4 hours of CPD with a certificate for your portfolio.
We are a small clinic. Is this overkill?
The framework scales down. A two person clinic needs the same defensible sign off, just lighter. The proportionality module covers exactly this.
Can we pay by purchase order?
Yes, NHS and corporate purchase orders are welcome.

Yes, as an in-house train the trainer day for up to 12 local trainers.
